REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Purpose of the Information Text and Our Company's Position as Data Controller:
Our company RESCO AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND RUBBER INDUSTRY PRODUCTION AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY ("Company") has the status of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") regarding personal data related to customers. The purpose of this Information Text is to inform the customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by www.rescoshocks.com in accordance with the aforementioned Law and to obtain explicit consent for the situations specified in item 3 below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:

3. Personal Data of Customers to be Processed Based on Explicit Consent and Processing Purposes:
For the situations specified below, which cannot be met by the conditions for personal data processing stated in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law, the explicit consent of customers is required for the processing of personal data by www.rescoshocks.com. Within this scope, the personal data of customers may be processed and shared with the parties specified in this Information and Consent Text, in order to create campaigns targeting customers, carry out cross-selling, determine the target audience, conduct activities to enhance user experience by tracking customer movements, improve the operation of the www.rescoshocks.com website and mobile application according to customer needs, conduct direct and indirect marketing activities, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities, carry out activities such as personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and in-house reporting, conduct market research, plan and execute customer satisfaction activities, plan and execute customer relationship management processes, plan and execute the sales and marketing processes of www.rescoshocks.com's products and/or services, plan and execute processes to establish and/or increase loyalty to the products and/or services offered by www.rescoshocks.com, in accordance with the purposes stated in this Information and Consent Text.
4. Transfer of Personal Data of Customers:

5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data:
Personal data is collected from customers electronically. The personal data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this Information and Consent Text in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes stated in this Information and Consent Text.
6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Subjects:
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:
(i) learn whether their personal data is processed,
(ii) request information if their personal data has been processed,
(iii) learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
(iv) know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
(v) request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate and request that the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the transactions carried out within this scope,
(vi) request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and request that the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the transactions carried out within this scope,
(vii) object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
(viii) demand compensation for damages in case personal data is processed unlawfully.
Requests regarding the exercise of these rights can be submitted by the data subjects to www.rescoshocks.com through the methods specified in the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy within the scope of Law No. 6698 available at www.rescoshocks.com. www.rescoshocks.com will evaluate such requests and finalize them within 30 days. www.rescoshocks.com reserves the right to charge a fee, if any, determined by the Personal Data Protection Board for the requests.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read, examined, evaluated, and understood the information provided above regarding the processing and transfer of any personal information disclosed by me to www.rescoshocks.com, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). I give my explicit consent for the processing and sharing of my personal data by www.rescoshocks.com as stated above, in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK. I confirm that I am aware of my rights granted by the law and have read and understood the content of the above-mentioned notifications. Within the framework of the above-mentioned information, I accept and declare my consent for the processing of my personal data by www.rescoshocks.com and its sharing with the specified individuals.
